Boston Premier Remodeling did a fantastic job. We have no reservation whatsoever in recommending them. We had to demolish and rebuild a kitchen, bathroom and dining room when a pipe burst and flooded that area. Nick’s business model is fair. His crew worked on a flat daily rate. He charged us his cost for all materials and took a reasonable GC fee on the subs. In addition, he kept everyone on schedule, including at the end, when he coordinated his painters and hardwood sub with our movers, so we did not pay for even one extra day’s lodging when we had to move out. His crew was wonderful with framing, carpentry, drywall, laying tiles and installing kitchen and bathroom cabinets. One small example of the care they took: When they laid a tile floor in a room at the bottom of a flight of stairs, they did not just lay the first row along the wall but instead cut the tile such that the grout line was perfectly centered on the stairs. The grout line lines up perfectly with the patterned carpet stair runner. The crew and all the subs (plumbing, electrical, painting and hardwood floors) cared deeply about doing quality work. When faced with a choice, they always asked us for our preference, to make sure we were happy. We would hire Boston Premier Remodeling again in a heartbeat. I am incredibly happy with the work Nick and his team at Boston Premier Remodeling did for my kitchen remodel. Nick is, without a doubt, the most organized, professional, and communicative contractor I've worked with. When I first contacted him, he walked me through their process, simple pricing structure, and what to expect/caveats we might see along the way. He prepped us on how to time demolition, electrical and plumbing work, and carpentry around our constraints (cabinet and appliance delivery, etc.) and seemed to nail the timing down to the day. He set a schedule, but was flexible along the way to help avoid delays due to waiting on a delivery, a different trade, or city inspection. His carpenters were skillful and did high quality finish work. The electrical and plumbing subs he brought in were excellent and all seemed to work together well. Everyone was respectful about our space and did their best to help make our house livable during the construction. I feel like after finishing this project I have my team for anything I might need in the future.
